Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers in electronic format. Acceptance or rejection is based on peer review of the full papers. The number of authors is limited to 6.
Peer Review Process
Accepted papers will undergo a double-blind review process by the Program Committee. Evaluation criteria include technical soundness, thematic alignment, novelty, and clarity.
Submissions must strictly adhere to formatting guidelines and ensure author anonymity. Non-compliant papers will be rejected without review.
Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism involves presenting someone else's work as one's own without proper credit. We strictly use anti-plagiarism software. Violations will lead to immediate rejection or other penalties. Originality is paramount.
Author Guidelines
- We invite the original/review full-text papers from the UG / PG students, academicians/researchers,and industrial experts.
- Papers should meet the scope of the conference, unpublished and not under consideration for publication else where.
- Prospective Author(s) are requested to submit their softcopy of research papers in the format specified on the website.
- Papers will be reviewed by the experts and will be selected based on the novelty and technical content.
- Selected papers should be presented orally by one of the authors.
- Conference Kit will be provided for each registration.
- The number of Authors are also limited to 6.
- The size of the paper is limited to 6 pages conforming to the IEEE format and specifications.
- All the selected papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN number.
- A few selected papers accepted after peer review will be published in Book chapters of Scopus indexed journals with additional charges.
